Memo's own work

The Memo name, logo, website design and original text belong to the Memo team. You are welcome to talk about Memo, link to it and invite it to your servers — just do not copy the branding or pass other projects off as Memo.

02

Music belongs to its makers

Every song Memo plays belongs to its artists, labels and rightsholders. Memo does not own, host or license music — it simply plays what its audio sources provide, the same way opening a link in a browser would.

If you are a rightsholder, the fastest fix is usually at the source platform hosting the content.

03

Your creations stay yours

Playlist names, collections and anything else you create with Memo remain yours. By using the bot you simply let Memo store and display them so the features work.

04

Reporting a concern

If you believe something connected to Memo infringes your rights, contact the team through the support server with a description of the work, where it appears, and how to reach you. Genuine reports are reviewed promptly.

05

Repeat issues

Accounts or servers that repeatedly misuse the service in ways that harm rightsholders or other listeners may lose access to Memo.

Changes to this policy
